I went to open an account in the branch during my lunch break on a busy weekday. I mentioned the same to Siya and requested her to help open account quickly, which usually is a time consuming process. She was sharp, quick in her job, answered all my questions patiently and offered me the product I was looking for. The entire process of opening the account was seamless, completed with in half an hour, helped me set up my account online and activate my new debit card. Kudos to Siya.....

Multiple people jumping ahead of the line to Get a specific teller instead of waiting . Multiple people walking around talking with a line of people waiting . Complete rubbish and I’m sadden if this is the service Td is condoning over 30 years banking with this institution and it makes me want to switch and any family I can tell!

The first young Indian associate I spoke with did not seem knowledgeable about the services and was unable to answer my questions. Then, a senior white female associate took over and was extremely impatient, even raising her voice at me. As a customer, I found this treatment unacceptable. I hope management can improve staff training and customer service.
