- DBDin Bansal3 days ago5.0This branch provides best service. Brenda has provided phenomenal service at this branch. She is quick and knowledgeable. The store manager is helpful as well. Staff members are friendly and quick. I always had good experience at this branch. Its been over 2 years dealing with this branch, I never had any issues. Even if there is a big line up it gets cleared up in less than half an hour. Thank you Td sandalwood team.

- LLLou LuchNov 28, 20251.0This bank is absolutely awful! Over 20 minutes waiting in the teller line to see if there was a personal banker available. (Which of course there wasn't) Whose bright idea was it to eliminate the front service desk? Some overpaid goof in the head office no doubt. I'm standing there in line trying to get the attention of the manager or anybody who walked by and they don't even look at you. Like they're trying to avoid contact with anybody. The line was busy and the manager was just sitting at her desk behind the tellers doing absolutely nothing. What should have taken 2 minutes took over 20 minutes because this bank would rather save a few bucks by eliminating a service (greeter) and instead make customers wait in long lines for an inquiry that should take less than a minute! That was the whole point of having a service desk! I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with customer care and guess what? They seem to be just as useless. What happened to this bank?? They used to pride themselves on customer service. Now it's just a bunch of seemingly lazy employees who don't care a single iota about clients unless they sell you something. I will never return to this bank ever again! Absolutely terrible service! ZERO stars!
