  My mum and I went to deal with the closing of a locker. However, one of the tellers told us we needed to book an appointment as there is a "procedure" and they needed to clear the line first, even though we were patiently waiting like everyone else. Well, we called TD to confirm if an appointment was necessary, and they said no appointment is necessary for what we were there for...

  It should be a "zero" star Me and my wife are TD customers for 20 years. My wife called TD easy line and was talking to the lady but after that we came to know that the customer service lady have blocked my wife card and we need to go to the branch to justify her I.D. We were surprised it's been 20 years we are banking with TD and why this happen. When we went to the "150 Sandalwood Parkway East, Brampton ON L6Z 1Y5" branch at 5:50 pm, (the branch closes at 6:00pm) the teller lady said to my wife that the branch is closing soon and she cannot call easy line now come tomorrow before 6...really? if the customer is inside the branch is it not the job of the bank employee to help as the branch was open and there were two more customers after us. The branch manager name is "Yasmin" I am going to send an email to Yasmin as well to train their employee how to talk with the customer. TD is saying We have to respect their employees but do they respect the customers? I need Yasmin to call me and let me know why this type of attitude her employees are doing

  I would take yourself somewhere else if you are looking for a mortgage. I was purchasing a home and trying to find a mortgage. It doesn't really matter about the price; it was under a million, and we were putting over 20% down on less than a million dollar mortgage. Due to income, TD Bank wanted us to put more. Knowing that? they still didn't accept it because we put more than we had to for a mortgage under a million. I didn't know TD made up the rules for mortgages and rates. Took my business elsewhere and I would suggest looking everywhere. TD should be your last resort for a mortgage. Too much requirements for just getting a mortgage from TD. Really not lenient on mortgages. It's kind of ironic how the scandal of how there was money laundering within TD but won't give the hard-working people a mortgage who are showing and requiring the bare minimum for a mortgage and more. Not going to waste my time going back and forth with paperwork and being told do you need more stuff just to get a mortgage constantly. I would suggest Scotiabank or RBC. Shop around.

  I don't know why they bothered with a drive thru atm. Past 5 times I've checked it's never worked. Worst than McDonald's ice cream machines
