But I visited this branch twice on Saturday and face the worst service. Tiller didn't provide me financial advisor number and said do the investment online. TD bank should look into it why branch rating is so bad.

- NRNavtej RahalJul 23, 20251.0All the employees are incompetent and inefficient… account was opened… person opened the wrong account.. gave wrong information and didn’t hand me in debit card.. didn’t apply for the Visa card.. had to come back 2times for the same.. employees are extremely impolite .. no phone manners..the tone of their voice and expressions are aggressive.. the assistant branch manager is a unprofessional lady.. today I had to do banking at the teller .. long queue.. 4 o clock.. and only 2 tellers and only one working and other one busy at her wicket.. assistant branch manager could clearly see that it is long queue but she was busy with four employees .. talking.. .. not concerned about customers time at all..when questioned about the slow service.. she aggressively came up with harassing tone and in front of all the customers told me to leave.. where as in other banks ,, managers and branch managers hop in ..and they have banking associates helping in walking the line.. TD should be innovative in training their employees in meeting the new demands of the industry rather than giving frustrating experience to the valued customers
