Today I went to the bank for my lost card, and there was an Indian lady named MANDEEP .She was very rude to me. Instead of helping me, she kept scolding me unnecessarily, saying how I should take care of my cards etc . We go to the bank for help, not to get insulted. If she had some information to give me, she should have said it politely, but instead, she was scolding me in front of other people. She seemed very frustrated. If such kind of people work in the bank, then I have no interest in keeping any accounts with this bank. I hope that after my this review, some action will be taken against her or at least she will be told how to deal with customers.
