His service went far beyond standard banking protocol he responded with leadership, urgency, and genuine humanity at a moment when I had completely lost hope. My Visa card was retained by the ATM, and having experienced the same issue at other TD branches in the past—with absolutely no assistance offered I was convinced this was the end of it. As a visitor in Canada, I rely on that card to withdraw funds from my international account and deposit into my TD account to handle essential transactions such as hotel payments and daily expenses. Losing it meant I had zero financial access. However, Manager Jasdeep Sidhu did something remarkable: • He personally took ownership of my case. • He acted swiftly and professionally, without hiding behind standard excuses or delays. • Most importantly, he treated me with compassion, not just as a transaction number, but as a person in a vulnerable position. His problem-solving mindset, calm leadership presence, and rare empathy reflect executive-level qualities that deserve corporate recognition.
