- KGKaren GillJan 2, 20261.0This is the worst branch. I stopped banking with TD after their incompetent employees couldn’t find my account. Then I went to the 4 corners branch and the receptionist found my account and solved my issue. Now my mother banks here, they couldn’t stop or rectify earlier fraud, but now for legitimate reasons can’t provide customer service and hang up after waiting for 1 hour on hold. We are now going to another branch for business accounts.
- SMShivani ManiarDec 23, 20251.0Very poor experience with Siddharth Patel and Sukhpal Padda. They mishandled my mortgage transaction and we are still facing issues because of their mistakes. Documents were missing from the signing package, causing unnecessary delays. They also failed to clearly explain the mortgage conditions,which led to unpleasant surprises later. Lack of communication, poor attention to detail, and no ownership when problems arose. A mortgage is too important to be handled this carelessly. Beware before working with them.
- SAsimon alvinDec 20, 20251.0I had a worse experience in this branch the teller is name Xerxes he was very unprofessional he took my cheque and told me he going to ask his manager approval and then he was dealing with another client made me wait 25 min. In the end he could not even help me his manager said she could only release $100.00 like what was the point of even walking into the bank when a mobile deposit give you 100. Do not go in this branch until they reshuffle the staff. P.S IT ALSO SMELLS LIKE BAD CURRY IN THERE.
