- USU SNov 13, 20255.0I’ve had an excellent experience at this branch. Jaskaran, Didar, and all the other managers are always very helpful, professional, and approachable. All of the tellers are very polite, patient, and competent, and they handle every transaction efficiently. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would highly recommend this branch to others.

Drove out there and waited in line for over 30mins only to be told they don’t have the currency on hand and haven’t for a while nor would they be getting stock anytime soon. The branch manager was made aware but didn’t even offer an apology nor offer to help check if other branches had stock. Clearly customer service is not a priority for her. Terrible manager and branch.

She went above and beyond to help me recover an old bank statement for my immigration process, even though my account was closed and my debit card was deactivated. She took the time to contact her senior team to make it possible. I’m very grateful for her help — thank you for the great customer service!
