- WLwilly liJan 4, 20261.0I recently went to this TD branch to pick up my new TD Visa credit card. I was surprised to find that the envelope had been opened prior to my arrival. When I asked about this, staff confirmed that the branch opened it. I am very concerned about this breach of privacy. Why was my credit card mail opened without my consent.
- RBRyan BNov 21, 20251.0After having massive issues with TD as a result of negligence by a branch employee, I came to this branch to close my account. I was told that they need the exact same forms of ID that I used to open the accounts - even though I had 3 different documents with me, just not the ones I used when opening the account. The employee also told me he can't verify my phone number because the number on my account is my old one. However, later I logged into my account and I see that it is indeed my NEW and current number there. TD are missing out on my personal AND business banking because of how incompetent and inconvenient they are.

Hiring manager should look at the attitude of the people who they are bringing in to deal with the public.It spoils the image of the TD culture.
