- ACAlejandro Caicedo5 days ago1.0I visited this branch and was unfortunately assisted by the branch manager, Ahmed. From the very beginning, the interaction was uncomfortable. He looked me up and down in a judgmental manner and spoke to me with a condescending tone, as if I were an inconvenience rather than a customer seeking help. He refused to provide any meaningful assistance, and his lack of compassion and knowledge when answering the three simple questions I asked left me extremely disappointed. The way he spoke to me and his overall demeanor made me feel disrespected and almost treated like a criminal. It’s truly a shame that individuals with this type of attitude and character are placed in management roles. I have nothing positive to say about this experience. I would not recommend this branch, and TD needs to do much better than this.

When I arrived, she said there was a double booking and asked me to wait 15 minutes — I waited over 30 with no update or apology. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
