It’s like this branch is FOREVER understaffed, or just have people who dont move with urgency. It’s insufferable. I’ve written this entire review while being the only person in line at 10:30am. Just blown away.

Adelina and Jessi help me everytime and find a solution! I can’t thank them enough, their patience and dedication to finding solutions and helping me resolve multiple problems each week is the reason I’m so glad this is my home branch! Thank you for being amazing!
- ADAmar DhaliwalNov 29, 20251.0The stupidest experience ever. Common sense is gone. I open a personal account online, they send me a client card in the mail saying use the same pin. I dont have a pin. Its a new card. I go to the branch to setup a pin. They need 2 ID's, I gave my license, my sin card, my helth card and my credit card. I have a business account with td, provided my business client card that they logged into and was told to come back with my birth certificate. Someone make it make sense. I Feel sorry for the teller as it's not his fault, the manager said no. This is stupidity beyond stupidity.
