- JJJBNov 16, 20251.0I understand the branch being closed but locking the doors that access the ATMs makes absolutely no sense. Especially when the drive-thru is temporarily out of order! I should Bank at BMO. If the concern is having people squat inside the building after hours then install an ATM on the outside so your customers have access.

- DMDaniel MootooOct 6, 20251.0I’ve been with TD for a while, with both business and personal accounts. I already closed my personal account because I wasn’t impressed with the service. Today, I went to this branch to deposit regularly received cheques from the same company. After waiting in a long line, I requested immediate access to $2,000 and for it not to be on hold. The teller said they would check with the supervisor, which took even longer than usual. When she came back out she said the supervisor had said that the funds must be put on hold and there was “nothing they could do.” I explained that I needed access to the $2,000 for financing payments, but I was dismissed without any effort to help. Out of frustration, I took my cheques and went to another TD branch — and without hesitation, they released the funds as requested. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with issues like this at TD, and after being a customer for years, it’s clear that they don’t value their customers’ time or needs. Very disappointed.
