Today I went into this TD branch to pick up a replacement card after my original card was compromised. After contacting the bank, I was explicitly told to visit the closest branch to receive a new card.
I was assisted by a lightskin guy with Jerry curls. He was polite, but it became clear that he did not fully understand what he was doing as he already completed the process on giving me the card. But Near the end of the interaction after even put my pin he called over the supervisor, Ravelyn.
Revelyn stated that they could not issue me a new card because the team had not left a “comment” on my account. This made absolutely no sense. I have dealt with fraud on my account before and have never been told I could not receive a replacement card due to a missing comment.
I was then told I needed to call EasyWeb/online banking to confirm eligibility. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone re explaining the entire situation. The representative confirmed multiple times that my card was already locked due to fraudulent activity and that I was eligible to walk into any branch to receive a replacement card.
Despite this, the associate continued to insist that “policy” prevented him from issuing the card because there was no comment. The phone representative clearly stated otherwise and was ready to proceed. It was obvious there was a lack of training, communication, and confidence in what they were doing.
To make matters worse, the associate had to repeatedly call Revelyn to override the situation. He called her multiple times while she was talking with her colleagues Eventually, she came over, overrode the issue, and handed me the card something that could have been done from the beginning.
The entire situation felt unnecessary, disorganized, and extremely frustrating.
I also asked about USD availability and was told the branch only carries $20 bills, which was fine, but added to the overall inconvenience.
Based on my experience and other reviews I’ve seen, this appears to be a recurring issue at this branch. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing, and customers end up wasting unnecessary time.
I do not recommend this location. What should have been a simple card replacement took almost 45 minutes to an hour and completely wasted half of my morning.

Horrible service, they have hired this new Manager of Customer Service who cares more about his lunch being delivered than actual customer service. He hides behind the wall by the copier making decisions on holds without coming forward and verifying if the deposits are in fact regular or not. Needs some common sense training on not only customer service but what scenario should constitute a hold.

Worst branch to deal with, they have their own rules and no coordination within the bank. The centralized email does not ask you for 2 pieces of ID whereby the branch has strict guidelines of 2 pieces of ID, wasting customer's time. I am glad I do not bank with TD
