- PMParth Makwana5 days ago1.0Be aware of scammers I took loan from this branch 6 months ago. They included some loan protection plan and didn’t explain me anything on day of approval. I explained same day to advisor name Gagandeep kaur but she told me , we calculate in a different way and all , also she told me to send me loan amortization on next day but i didn’t received anything like that because they just want to hide their additional insurance coverage which almost equal price as my loan amount. I just want to say if you are in Brampton and want to make any deals just stay away from those scammers specially Indian people, they really don’t care about your situation and just do scam and make people fool.

- AAArpitaDec 5, 20251.0The worst customer service and also worst attitude of employee who didn’t got hold of me and took it so personal and tonted me over a phone for first five minutes of call. Even after that refused to give me any raise in the funds even after I have account with them. Reason is company policy!!! . So why you provided me funds two years back ?! with the same paystub before and now you disqualified me saying we need more proof in your income. 1) worst attitude of Gujarati speaking employe of the company easy financial 2) personal attacks and questions on my legitimate job (even with the same job position and paystub they gave me loan last to last year 3) saying my parents are depositing my check in my account 4) how do I believe you kind of question . 5) even though I have a current loan with them they called me past few months too multiple times with the raise that I’m eligible for ! ( no one ask for paystubs again) but not with this attitude.
