- AAAlAug 26, 20251.0This is the worst TD branch I've ever dealt with and they are my home branch when I started depositing business checks here the clerk told after about 3-4 checks they will start releasing the funds right away, almost a year and over 20 checks later they still hold my cheques for 5 business days, one day I deposited one cheque at a Bowmanville branch and they released it right away and even said "idk why your other branch is holding them you've been consistent with no issues receiving from the same company" when I told the manager this she had no explanation and when I told her that her clerk told me after 3-4 they would stop holding she said she doesn't train her employees and has no idea why she said that. So I asked why the different branches are inconsistent she couldn't explain that either. All she said is to book an appointment with a small business advisor which isn't available until next week! What a joke everytime I'm there the employees that have offices are all talking and laughing with eachother I barely see them working no wonder it takes a week to get an appointment. I work in construction on my hand and knees for my money, I also need to pay my employees and subs who don't he same and to watch these people lollygag and incapable of providing professional reasoning for their methods I'm done with this branch avoid it all costs it's always slow with a big line up too they are very inefficient, they're other reviews speak for themselves.
