  The teller and manager had no clue what they were doing. Incredibly disappointing service and they lost a customer because of the staff at this location.

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any TD branch,after 16 years banking with TD. This branch is terrible and they are lack of knowledge they show no value to customers. The teller didn’t know what she was doing or what I was talking about like she never heard of RSP before . I need to transfer funds from my investing RSP to my Personal RSP account, they told me I need to call customer service because they don’t do it at the branch. Asked to speak with a manager, when the manager came without me say anything she said they can initiate the transfer only if is for first time home buyer. Repeatedly I said I am not taking money out of the accounts oh no we do that here. The bank needs to train their staff about the products because that was embarrassing. All of a sudden, after I had customer service agent on the phone she asked to speak with the bank manager that’s when she told me yes they can do transfer I have to book an appointment. Keep in mind I called the prior to that to book an appointment D’shawn which is a manager told me I can just come in they will do it. After all that I realized they didn’t want to serve because I am black, that’s the only thing that I can think of. Then the manager tried to put the blame on me because that wasn’t phase properly for her to understand, really? She couldn’t even look at me in my eyes after. Shame on you..I had to called TD customer service to talk to a manager because that transfer can only be done at the branch they cannot do it over the phone. It was very frustrating and that makes wonder why they treated me like that, is like I didn’t have money on the accounts or I was taking money out, now I don’t know if I still want to bank with TD anymore,horrible service and disgusting staff.

  Account was put on a permanent hold for no reason, called and they had to transfer me to another department. I was on hold for 7 HOURS! My whole day has been wasted. I can’t even close my account until I’m able to withdraw my money from it. I’ve been at this bank for years and it’s never been good but this is straight up disrespectful and they have shown they don’t care about anyone except if they want something from you. I just hung up on another call that’s went for 2 hours because I’m confident the woman I was talking to has forgot about me completely, no update or anything. Embarrassing for any establishment to act this way.
