  Td bank has the worst customer service if you ever order anything from them they have the same reply clueless. They say 5-15 business days and you’ll get your item a month later once you threaten to report a purchase as fraud. I would never trust td. There website for precious metals is also shit always shows error

  I can’t say enough good things about the team at TD Canada Trust’s Bowmanville location on Longworth Avenue. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness. It’s rare these days to find a bank where the staff truly care and this branch absolutely delivers. After my mom passed away earlier this year, I had to take on the role of executor and handle her financial affairs. While TD Auto Finance was a nightmare to deal with, hanging up on me three times after hours on hold and offering little help with poor communication the Bowmanville branch staff was the complete opposite. Stephen Gee has been my go-to, and he’s nothing short of amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient and has a natural ability to make people feel heard and supported. His intelligence and personality shine through in every interaction and he genuinely goes above and beyond. I always look forward to seeing him he makes banking feel less like a chore and more like a conversation with a trusted friend. Even when TD Auto Finance dropped the ball and sent me a payment request after everything had already been resolved, Stephen was just as frustrated and proactive in trying to fix the issue. His dedication is unmatched. I also want to give a shoutout to Jake, who listened attentively and respectfully when I expressed my concerns about the Auto Finance department and of course I can't forget to mention Mackenzie at the teller desk, she is an absolute delight. She's bubbly, friendly and always a pleasure to chat with. Handling finances after the loss of a loved one is never easy, but the team at this TD location made it manageable and even comforting. Thank you all for your compassion, professionalism and outstanding customer service. You’ve made a lasting impression and I’m truly grateful.

  Went to this location prior to closing time to have my machine withdrawal limit raised. With Intent to be out quickly to allow the 3 ladies working to close on time. Unfortunately the ladies refused to help me complete my transaction even though they were still open for another 3 minutes. Thanks for nothing. lost a customer forever. F you TD
