    This bank was efficient and a good place to bank some years ago. The service has deteriorated badly. Staff aren’t properly trained and often need assistance leading to long lineups. Allow lots of time if you are going there.

    Worst bank ever. Bankers, tellers and senior managers don’t have any proper training or knowledge about anything. Often make mistakes and don’t really know how to resolve it. Personally this happened to me two times and it was very long stressful and frustrating process . If you’re making a large transaction, please don’t go to this branch cause they don’t have the proper training or knowledge. They won’t admit when they make mistakes. They often ignore customers messages.

    This location has got to be the worst ever . Plan on standing in line minimumly 20 m . Ridiculous to think what's it going to be after the downtown location closes . A family member and myself waited in line, asked the teller for a printout of his account activity..we walked all the way home..we realized the bank had literally given him someone's else's information..balance, address , name, account number, full name & everything. I kid you not !!! I called the bank...they asked me to please return that paper....NO DOUBT !! THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE... sure makes ya think.

    Went in to get a bank draft. Had excellent service from Riya. The manager had to get involved because of the special request and dealt with us promptly and courteously.

    Part of my story alright. I went in looking for help with a loan. I was told I would get a reply in 7 days. I didn't receive any phone calls, had to constantly call them back. Almost 3 weeks later and now it's too late and I am out of time. DO NOT GO TO TD BANK! COLD HEARTLESS LIARS! Especially pick someone other than Riya. She will make you feel heard and understood and then will completely ignore you.
