- DRdeidre reitavNov 20, 20255.0Earlier this month I made an appointment with Shweta to print off a huge amount of bank statements and she was amazing. Today I had to go in and print off another astronomical amount and once again Shweta rose to the task and between her and Benjamin they patiently and professionally provided me with what I needed, even though it took quite some time. They were so professional and kind. Ten stars for these two employees if I could put them. Hands down one of the best banking experiences I have dealt with.

- MWMike WhitfordOct 9, 20221.0Worst bank I've ever dealt with, they close at 4:30 and you have no access to an ATM machine after they close. My advice Is use the bank On North front and college st Or do what I'm doing and switch to Scotia bank They seem to have A lot more ATM machines available.
- APAmber PDec 17, 20181.0This used to be my bank, I switched to Scotia 7 years ago but still have a credit card with TD. My new card got lost in the mail so customer service sent a new one to this branch for me. They were supposed to call and never did. After 2 weeks of waiting and trying to call I just went down and my card was there they said they didn't have a phone number... but it was a hassle to get it because I don't have any other account there. There was 1 teller open and no one at the help desk at 2pm. I didn't find the Teller to be very friendly either.
