- JEJ EJun 11, 20251.0Some dude that shouldn’t work at bank due to not being able to spell or talk fluently in English but some how does work at a bank reset my password for me and wrote it down on a piece of paper for me to take home but he couldn’t manage to spell it half clear enough to make out which is ridiculous and now I’m locked out and I gotta go back down town and do it all over again, people shouldn’t work at a counter if they do not know how to talk to the people or spell.

- OMOlay ManapunJan 10, 20181.0I went to this downtown Belleville branch this afternoon to pick up the business cheques that my manager ordered a week ago. The bank did not give the cheques to me due to its policy. However, the way the two bankers talked to me was SO RUDE. I would like the regional manager to take the action on these two persons attitude. One of them is Tracy and the other is Lisa Marie who claimed herself as the Manager Customer Service. But the way Lisa handled the issue was not professional at all. Tracy yelled at me in front of other clients. At the end, I decided to close all my accounts because I was not happy with these two people and I just hoped that they would feel sorry and apologize to me. Believe it or not, I did not hear a "SORRY" word from their mouths. So I closed all my accounts eventually. In fact, I feel more like royal client with CIBC and RBC. I just hope someone who is in the higher position than these two to train them how to talk to the clients in a more polite and appropriate way. Just because I speak with an accent does not mean that I think with an accent.
