Like legit for every step i ended up waiting all day only to call them the next day and be informed that they hadn't even started the process in which they told me the previous day that it would be done. Ended up waiting 3 days only to be told that id have to get a new cosigner. Anyways i dont care about not getting the loan. Im upset that for any service to be provided i had to call them. Fix your lazy employees.
