It was from a Canadian bank, I asked why and the answer absolutely floored me I quote,",it could be a fraudulent cheque" She then said she would release $5000.So I find this somewhat contradictory .I was assured the funds would be available at 9;00 nov7 well that proved to be not true. I am at the point of not trusting TD with my financial needs

- MSMike SchroderApr 12, 20221.0terrible customer service. all I wanted to do was cash my cheques. which I have done numerous times in the past. some lady with dark brown hair stepped in (must of been a manager) she said she could not cash my cheques. she said there is no way it has happened before. then got Lippy with her co worker stating that her Co worker told her the wrong story. no professionalism from the manager. then she had the audicity to ask what my problem was and why I was frustrated. I took my cheuqes and left. I'll go to my home branch in newmarket where they are much more professional. for the record, the teller was great. the manager needs to have a lesson in customer service.
