- IIIrfanaSep 12, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive, which made me feel insulted as a customer. When I asked for the manager for further assistance.. I was surprised at the rude response Olivia (the general manager) had given me. We work in a society where customer service speaks volume and I’m not quick to give a bad review but this manager has really disappointed me. When I tried to ask a simple question I was met with a sarcastic response instead of help. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when visiting any business, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope higher management addresses this so future customers receive respectful service.
