  TD held up a wire for days. Didn't even notify me it was held up. Took around a week to resolve. Very poorly handled with little or no explanation or updates provided. I am a business client and need wires for my business (law firm). It cost me out of pocket interest due to their delay. They offered no compensation. I cannot recommend them for business.

  Terrible experience. Would not answer a question without an appointment. First appointment a week from now. Been a customer for more than 40 years, but have seen a rapid decline in customer service over the last few years

  First know I use my son's email as I don't have one. I am Lydia. I have been a client over 40 years and not once have I been treated like a loyal customer. Even the 2 girls that have worked there forever don't acknowledge me though I see them recognize so many others by name. Recently I received a notice on what was supposed to be a GIC that turned out to be a mutual fund which is not what I signed up for that I needed to update my information. I made the appointment and the person who I met with was more than rude and insulting. They stared at the computer screen and were more interested in their cold latte or what ever it was. I don't drive and the only photo ID I have is my health card. I was very rudely told that without a valid photo ID I would get no where in Ontario and no bank would touch me or open an account. Wouldn't even bother looking at my other IDs. I am one of the only people who have my original birth registration from the hospital I will born in, addressed to my parents where they lived then and signed by the Doctor who delivered me. Although I don't have my birth certificate anymore I do have the registration number for it. Refused to look at any of my IDs. Was beyond insulting and degrading to me. After a waste of 2 hours I walked across the street, talked to the manager, showed him my ID and opened a GIC and Mutual funds account. 40 years of watching commercials offering new customers everything from money, phones and iPads etc and the only appreciation I have received for 40 years loyalty is an increase in service fees. If 0 was an option that is what I would be giving. Needless to say I'm now in the process of changing banks

  Doors locked can’t get in to ATM after hours and outside ATM out of service. No other machines in the area
