  This bank use to be absolutely amazing! Lines would get long, no problem, they’d have people jump on and help get the line through. Now, more people stand around watching and just make clients wait. 20-40 min, easily. They re opened the business line, which was great. However, they let people go and use the line for personal reasons, just because they have a business account. If someone has a business account and tries to use the line for personal, they should be asked to go join the other line when there is a line up of business customers. Been a client here for 20 years, and it’s progressively getting worse, unfortunately. They still have a bunch of great staff working on the teller stations but I feel horrible for them because it seems like they get zero support from the majority of the managers. One of the managers is awesome, she wears glasses and has a tanned complexion but outside of that, the other managers here, always seem miserable to help. The banks making lots of money, perhaps take a slight cut on the bottom line and provide your staff with more support.

  Came to bank today was surprised how great and friendly the staff is KANA V B was the one who took care of myself and my son he was amazing and great help. The two supervisors where incredible and I definitely recommend coming to this branch over any other.

  Never anyone to help at desk. Long lines, 1 or 2 tellers. 11 people in front of me. Don't like the fact that they say out loud what people are getting in cash. Also heard her say, "you owe $11,000." They should write it down and pass it to custmer!

  If i could give 0 stars I would. This branch is one of the worst and it seems as if every employee is always unsure on what to do. I came into to get a basic wire transfer done. Which ended up taking over 45 minutes. The teller I had wanted to talk about our shared school experience (we went to the same college) that he stopped working multiple times to ask me personal questions - not having to do with my banking. He ended up needing the manager, yet for almost every interaction every single teller needed the assistant manager. All of the tellers will interrupt each other when they are assisting customers because they don’t want to wait even if they cut off a customer. They never have enough staff to properly tackle the lines. I purposely go to other branches when i need something because they are so frustrating. I have the Assistant Branch Manager tell me they are not well trained for doing proper wire transfers, I use them for tuition payments and can not mess around with them being unsure. Absolutely ridiculous customer service all around. Seeing this many 1 star reviews with zero change is embarrassing for you as a company and representing.

  Average customer wait time is 15 minutes, if you are lucky. Tellers will walk away for a smoke break even though the line is at the door
