- MLMatt LaurinOct 18, 20251.0With every year that goes by, less and less can be done at the branch. Very nice people here, but most are clueless as to how do the services I use a bank for. I was told in order to get a new credit card I needed to come into the branch, when I arrived for my appointment I was told I need to call visa instead. Now waiting a week when I could have ordered the card when the appointment was made. Truthfully it seems like unless you’re investing, you be out of luck for assistance. If you need a credit card, we can’t do that here, if you need insurance, no we don’t do that here, simply put, save yourself the time and effort and go into a bank like rbc that will be able to assist you with your needs. I have never had to call so many numbers and get less progress than this last week of my life.

The gentleman who attended me was kind and helpful. He even explained and told me how to get ID for future card replacements. This is not my branch but I can honestly say I will do all my banking here. I’m just an ODSP old lady who appreciated the kindness of this bank. Ty
