- MDmatthew daigleDec 4, 20251.0As a small business owner I rely on my relationship with my bank for transactions and the operations of my business. Today, not only did the manager fail me, but also my client. I have a bathroom torn apart and the bank put a 5 day hold on a cheque I deposited because I don't put enough checks in the bank. I've only ever experienced a hold on my cheques when I first opened this account and now I have to tell my clients they won't be able to have their bathroom completed by xmas.

- GMGord MacDonaldMay 28, 20251.0My wife went in after they canceled her bank card from her trying to purchase a $2 app on her phone assuming it was a fraudulent purchase. Even though we've been dealing with them for over 30 yrs & at one time they held our mortgage they would not accept several pieces of icture ID ( government issued health card, expired lic, & passport) to reinstate her card. I was there & we have a joint account so i could vouch for her, but they kept saying "there's rules".We could not access our account & risked the chance of being late on our mortgage payment with our current lender & other utilities. Had to go to service Ontario to get a id card that only requires a birth certificate to get it for them to process a new card. Really! What ever happened to knowing your customers? I understand about preventing fraud but at what point does common sense kick in? Not impressed at all.
- JBJohn BaldwinMay 14, 20232.0I really don't like the fact the door are locked on Sunday to use the ATM machines but that is the least of My frustration. The fact that for last three weeks that the drive thru has been down constantly for last through weeks on Sunday is very annoying. Very hard to stay with a bank that You can't withdrawal or make deposits on certain days. This issue needs to be addressed otherwise You will loose customers.
