- JAJ AJul 18, 20252.0Had an unpleasant experience with an employee today. She was quite rude and put a sour taste in my mouth. Depositing a cheque shouldn’t be a complicated and unpleasant experience. I almost asked for her name but didn’t want to increase the tension. She was on the younger side and I wondered if she was newer at the job because I had to treat myself a couple of times to help her, which normally I wouldn’t mind but her attitude was so poor. At one point she asked me, “is your name on the account?” I said “yes” and she bluntly replied “no it’s not”. I guess she realized she was wrong because she was able to deposit the cheque. Please provide your employees with more training on how to be helpful. She’s the first person who’s been a problem that I’ve encountered at this location.
