    I went to this TD branch (Essa and Ardagh) a month ago, Jenny was very cheerful and helpful. She noticed that my account wasn't the best fit for me and switched it so I no longer have to pay a monthly fee. Thank you for the great experience, Jenny!

    Had an unpleasant experience with an employee today. She was quite rude and put a sour taste in my mouth. Depositing a cheque shouldn’t be a complicated and unpleasant experience. I almost asked for her name but didn’t want to increase the tension. She was on the younger side and I wondered if she was newer at the job because I had to treat myself a couple of times to help her, which normally I wouldn’t mind but her attitude was so poor. At one point she asked me, “is your name on the account?” I said “yes” and she bluntly replied “no it’s not”. I guess she realized she was wrong because she was able to deposit the cheque. Please provide your employees with more training on how to be helpful. She’s the first person who’s been a problem that I’ve encountered at this location.

    I had my appointment about a month ago and totally forgot to write a review till now! But I just wanted to write about how easy of an experience I had. I called this bank asking for an appointment the next day and they were easily able to make me an appointment. I went in the next day and waited about 3-5 minutes before I was met with Bryanna, I told her I just wanted to set up a basic chequing account and she helped me and we got everything done in less then 30 minutes. She is very personable and friendly. Wonderful to talk to! I’m happy with my choice of bank. And a big thank you to Bryanna for helping me out and making the experience good :)
