Employee I have never seen before so possibly new did not give me the service I had hoped for even with the assistance of a regular long time employee they said my bill was paid took my money but only deposited it into my account never did pay the bill so after me and the financing company had disagreements on the phone and I tried to explain to them that it was paid they kept telling me it wasn't paid made me look like a liar and now that is on my permanent record at the finance company it made a horrible stain on my record with them and now they won't believe anything I say they need proof every time very disappointed I can't believe that a company like this would not only treat me rudely but then not even handle it correctly.
