- NAN ANov 3, 20251.0Horrible experience withdrawing just over $5K from my account, which I later found out from TD customer service I could have easily done by simply increasing my withdrawal limit/day in the app. The manager and teller clearly need basic training on how to handle customers who trust the institution they work for with their money. They were extremely intrusive, repeatedly asking if I was okay and not being scammed. I even mentioned that, by law, they’re only required to ask such questions for withdrawals over $10K, but the manager explained that a senior lady had lost over $200K to fraud at their branch, and the bank wasn’t able to recover her money. Because of that, they now require customers to sign a “liability awareness” form — even for $5K withdrawals which they made me sign.
