I regularly do wire transfers and was always provided a wire transfer form while waiting in line. This time, despite a long queue, a clerk named Sheru refused to provide the form and responded with a very poor attitude. Unfortunately, I was later assisted by the same clerk, who unnecessarily questioned my account transactions something I have never experienced before at this branch. The overall interaction was uncomfortable and disappointing. Customer service attitude matters a lot, and experiences like this can negatively impact the branch’s reputation.

Another staff member, who seemed to be a manager, was busy with paperwork and completely ignored the growing line. It was very frustrating to see no effort made to help customers or speed things up. This branch needs to seriously improve its staffing and customer service.
