I had a very good experience like always at this TD Aurora Branch. Susan helped me via phone. Jeremy was the one I saw in-person. Another lady was the one that did most of the work dealing with TD Bank US AMC. My Zelle profile on the US side got frozen due to a reset the previous day when I was on the phone. US side TD Bank removed the block but to re-add my external bank link to TD Bank I had to prove account ownership. The only problem TD Canada branches don’t have same access to sharing portal as TD Bank US employees. Thankfully the US side took the word of the Canadian employee not requiring documentation to be submitted by this portal. The help and hustle of this branch probably saved me a 16 hour total drive with return so now no need to go to New Jersey to settle the drama caused by this Zelle profile issue. Thank you!!

Quite surprising to see the average reviews here as I've been banking at this location for 12 years & not once did I ever have any issue or problem arise. The employees & managers have always been friendly, professional & even went out of their way to help me resolve my debit card theft with ease & reimbursement. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient bank branch with no nonsense.

Horrible customer service. I closed my accounts because of the useless employees here.

I’ve been thinking about it all day and finally decided to write down what happened. I went to the bank today to pay a bill, and right from the start, I felt that the white lady who helped me was pretty cold. I said “hi” to her — no response. I didn’t take it personally at first. But then, just when I thought she was still checking my info, she suddenly told me the payment was done. I was confused and asked her which account she used — because she never asked me. She just went ahead and used one of my accounts without confirming. Her answer? “We usually don’t ask.” That really surprised me, because in the past, whenever I’ve paid bills at the bank — probably more than 20 times — they always ask which account to use. She even turned it around and blamed me for not telling her. But honestly, the whole thing happened so fast — I had just finished entering my password, and before I could say anything, she had already submitted the payment. In that moment, I actually wanted to speak to the manager about how unpleasant her attitude was. But since my child was with me, I decided not to escalate things right there. Now that I’ve had time to think, I still feel the need to write this down. I truly hope no one else has to go through an experience like this. If I misunderstood something, I’m open to hearing it. But the way this was handled today really affected my mood. We all have tough days — I totally get that. But respectful, clear communication should still be the basic standard when dealing with customers.
