    Worst branch I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Everyone I’ve spoken to is rude and incompetent. Went there to pay off an auto loan with TD earlier this year and they refused to give me a receipt or any form of documentation proving I had made a payment and paid off the loan early. Recently went in to attempt to resolve an issue I had with my credit card and the teller, after me explaining the problem and the poor customer service I received over the phone from two individuals at the branch, had the nerve to say “you’re not here for me to help you, you came here to bicker didn’t you”. Avoid this location at all costs. The manager is even worse than the employees for anyone thinking about resolving/discussing their poor customer service experiences. If I could rate zero stars I would.
