- SYSergei YermolinSep 10, 20251.0Applied for a credit card offered by TD as pre approved back in July. The branch manager was present. The card never arrived. The phone support is useless. Today I went to the branch to check on the status. My application disappeared. The teller recalled the filing process but couldn't explain why it was lost. Now, I have to make an appointment to resolve this issue. None of the nearby TD branches open on weekends or after hours. That's the reality. TD advertising is a blatant lie. The realTD is negligent, banking there is a waste of time.
