- EMEileen MylerNov 27, 20251.0Don’t bank here!!! They steal your money. The bank machine ate my bank card they wouldn’t give me a new one cause health card isn’t …. In the government eyes and ask me to get a birth certificate. They wouldn’t even take the statement that they send you about your account.. I told them how much was in the account and I don’t do online banking.. but they were able to give me money from my account today but not give me a bank card. Pick any other bank. I been banking there for years and most of the banker know me and still won’t give me a bank card.. so why give me the money and not the bank card. Don’t bank here unless you wanna jump through hoops to get a new card. Don’t even think about calling the 1 800 number cause they won’t help you they will transfer you to different agents getting different stories or you’ll get it a lady that pretends to understand what you’re going through and doesn’t listen to you just continues to repeat everything they say and then tell you that they’ll use Google translate on your birth certificate and stuff to do proof so much to caring about my secure information. TD is the worst bank in Alliston. Their machine ain’t my card because their manager was busy moving furniture around because she had nothing else to do so think twice if you’re opening a new account, their tellers are rude. Their manager is rude. They’re not understanding they’re not caring. Quick question why will you give money out of my account but not give me a bank card? or should I be thankful for that?
