    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Truly Feels Like Family I can’t say enough great things about the TD Bank branch in Ajax ( Williamson). From day one, the customer service has been absolutely impeccable. Every time I walk in, I feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. My relationship with this branch started with handling an estate account for my father, and throughout that entire process, the staff were professional, patient, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. Based on that experience alone, I felt confident opening my own personal chequing account here—and once again, they exceeded my expectations. My father has banked with TD for many years, and they’ve been consistently excellent to him and to our entire family. That long-standing trust, combined with the consistently high level of service I’ve received personally, is exactly why I chose to continue banking here. The team is always on point, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly committed to great customer service. This is how banking should feel. Highly recommended!

    This is the worst branch ever. Every teller is so slow and unprofessional - lines are out the door. Like how is this branch functioning. Very poor management

    Extremely Unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment at 3:00 PM. When I arrived, the bank took a different client in my time slot and made me wait for 45 minutes. I eventually had to leave because I didn’t have any more time to waste. Completely disrespectful of my time and commitment — if you value punctuality and basic professionalism, look elsewhere.
