When I arrived, the bank took a different client in my time slot and made me wait for 45 minutes. I eventually had to leave because I didn’t have any more time to waste. Completely disrespectful of my time and commitment — if you value punctuality and basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

They have a cardboard with a message "We bank on Respect". Making people stand in line like that isn't respecting their clients. I'll try my best to avoid this slow location. Respect goes both ways.
