- ADAshleigh DNov 14, 20252.0Went to the teller to transfer and withdraw some money due to the machine being down. Something I can totally manage on my own. I was met with a "dont you do online banking?" Question from the teller? Ummm yes, however I pay bank fees etc... to be provided with a service if needed... no? I only go into the bank once every 10 years. I am also a manager, so I understand and comprehend customer service. I am disappointed.

We have numerous people living in acton on government assistance, also many people who work blue collar jobs. These people may not always look “acceptable” to some people but it does NOT give you the right to discriminate against them. My relative was threatened twice by this branch to call the police for simply just waiting patiently outside for the bank to open so they could get their rent money. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this branch on way too many occasions. They need to be shut down and have an entirely new staff come in. I’m appalled.
