- BPBC PateeNov 15, 20251.0I pre-schedule my payments and pre schedule a transfer to cover. They constantly pay the bills then transfer and charge me for over draw. Currently looking for another bank. Probably go back to mid-first. They also like to do maintenance every two weeks on just about everyone’s payday. Hard to pay bills when they do that. I’ve had it! Never had this kind of issue from mid first. My cards and accounts have been compromised as well.
- JSJay SmithSep 28, 20251.0The balance on my account has only gone down 5000$ with making payments from 450 too 600 a month for 4 years. Also I can't get access to my money and the banks are closed by time I get off work and almost got stranded because my card won't work not even at there ATM. They charge me for extra insurance when I'm already paying for insurance. They also drained the little savings I put in there for some random fees. To say the least I'll be closing my bank account and refinancing my vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have a loan with them and come to find out that they have been charging me $ 50.00 / month for the last 5 years as a payment protection to the loan I was paying. that is $3000.00 charged for nothing. it includes paying off my car incase of death. This was never disclosed to me . very unethical and scammed big time. extremely disappointed. I will file a formal complaint.
