    Online banking app isn’t working and I was supposed to get paid today. I called and they told me they can’t even tell me my balance because the entire system is down. Of course it’s Friday so if it isn’t resolved today I’m SOL for the weekend.

    I don’t know there is one old women work for teller who is always rude with me for anything but rest of them is nice. I always try to be nice with her to get nice back. I believe she is short temper and can’t control her anger. I explain to manager but he supports her. She doesn’t have good customer service or it might be my problem. I believe any argument/ problem can resolve with nice conversation which is called professional customer service. It makes me feel down.

    How can Regent Bank have a VP Director of HISPANIC BANKING yet their director Teresa Mendez be okay, with the pursuit of her community with social media post about her own policial views. Her clients are being affected and showing no empathy of the situation that is going on is giving Regent Bank a really bad image. Have a little more consideration of your clients. The clients that you help everyday are being affected ,have a little empathy “Director of HISPANIC banking” you can’t have a title like that when you don’t care about your Hispanic clients.
