I believe she is short temper and can’t control her anger. I explain to manager but he supports her. She doesn’t have good customer service or it might be my problem. I believe any argument/ problem can resolve with nice conversation which is called professional customer service. It makes me feel down.

Her clients are being affected and showing no empathy of the situation that is going on is giving Regent Bank a really bad image. Have a little more consideration of your clients. The clients that you help everyday are being affected ,have a little empathy “Director of HISPANIC banking” you can’t have a title like that when you don’t care about your Hispanic clients.
