  Prosperity Bank, that I'm reviewing is located in Utica Square; although, there are other branches located throughout Tulsa. The bankers at Prosperity are knowledgeable people, who are Always friendly and trustworthy in my experience. One unique experience I've encountered at Prosperity is that they recognize their clients and are adept at using your name. This exemplifies my experience in the bank as feeling appreciated and wanted as a customer, as well as the feeling of a bank located in a small town, instead of the actuality of the location is Tulsa. Prosperity is able to meet all of your banking needs, providing the one thing needed in this time, secure banking! Of course, they do have a banking app., and one thing that stands out (in most situations), when opening a new account, you immediately receive your debit card, not having to wait on USPS, (aka. snail mail).

  Walked in to cash a check from a client. Asked a simple question of can I take part in cash and the rest in cashiers check since it was a large amount. The girl said hold on let me ask…. Disappeared, 20 minutes goes by a nothing , I ask and the ladies behind the counter (Cheryl)are very vague. Finally the girl that originally helped comes back and says yes we can do that. I repeat my request and she says oh no, one or the other. Arg ! There is Cheryl who isn’t so nice or helpful to me. The young girl was super nice and was great but Cheryl she needs to retire or find a job that makes her happy, I’m a banker and at least I smile customer or not.

  Horrible experience! My mother in law passed away this past saturday & we originally thought we would need a bigger service package then we did so they issued us a check for the amount we over paid & we took the check here due to it being close & the funeral home banks through them. Most usually when a person is cashing a check at the bank the checking account is from the bank will chase it at no charge(I've only seen 1 bank charge other then this one) it wasnt until the cashier counted the money back to us & the check was cashed that we were charged $16
