Not once did the other locations offer this to me! I literally waited a month or so for someone to call me back. I even called and always gotten the run around. Thankfully I went into the 71st location! She helped me out & was super quick! She also kept apologizing for the mix up! Definitely made my day!!!! 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
