When I asked the staff to cancel the deposit, they immediately refused, saying that the deposit had already been processed. I had to talk to their manager, Ashley, who spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner and with an attitude, even though I explained that I needed the money urgently. I was put on hold for 30 minutes, and then Ashley asked me to provide a letter confirming the availability of funds in the account of the person who wrote me the check, so that they could release the funds. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and will not be dealing with this bank again.
