- KLKen LeshurdAug 4, 20255.0I have been a member of communications Federal credit Union for approximately 20 years I have never had a bad experience with them except when you have to talk to the old man guy called cam it is just one of the most stupid recordings I've ever heard they used to have a lady that just asked for your account number and your PIN number, every time you ask him a question it sound like somebody clicking on the computer in the background that he comes back and gives you some song and dance,definitely need to simplify the system, better yet go back to the old system that you had it was much more user friendly!

These people smoke cigarettes constantly out here and it gives me a migraine EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here. Sick of it .
