Very Disappointed in the Service
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Bank of Oklahoma. I waited almost three hours just to pick up a bank draft check, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of communication and urgency from the staff made the situation even worse.
Because of this experience, I would never do business with them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them for auto loans or any other banking needs. Totally unacceptable customer service.

Stopped in this morning for some last minute paperwork regarding the closing of my home, and Eric was so nice and helpful! He was patient when answering my questions and assisted in scanning necessary documents that ensured my closing went smoothly. Wonderful guy!

Make sure you've got plenty of time for the drive-thru even though they have two registers in there they're very seldom anybody at both but you almost have to set aside in a half an hour to an hour just to get through this drive through it's really sad and ridiculous I see four to five people standing around in there

I would write a review about their customer service number but I can't find a place to do it. this review has to do with people at their customer service number which also happens to be the same number for Express Banking. I couldn't locate my bank card what should have been in my wallet. The bank has been good about calling though if there is a questionable transaction. Since it was a few days after I could remember my last use of my card, which had been in my home, and I have not heard from the bank, I did not think that there was a problem with it being stolen and used. However I decided to go ahead and call and talk to the bank about it. They recommended that I put the card on hold. They would not allow any transactions to come through until I call them and tell them I had found it they said there was a two-day limit and if I did not call back in that time frame that the card would automatically be canceled. I know that the next several days we're going to be very busy for me and I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to look well through the house in that time frame. So I asked her if I could call back with him the two days and have it extended. She said yes. Because it was morning I asked her whether I had to call by that same time in the morning or whether I could call at any time that second day. She said it could be any time that they were open. That day I called was Monday. Monday to Tuesday is one day, Tuesday to Wednesday is the second day. She said if I called anytime on Wednesday would be fine. I called Wednesday about 5:45 p.m. and he insisted that I could not extend the hold. That the card would be canceled and I would have to get a new card because I have multiple accounts on that card through which my bills are paid. To have the card canceled and you have to recontact all of those businesses and hope I remember them all, is extremely frustrating. I hung up and a few minutes later called back, this time I got another person. I explained the situation to her and she put me on hold. When she came back she told me that the two days had already passed and the card had already been canceled. When she said that and my work schedule had been changed I thought oh maybe it's Thursday and not Wednesday, but I didn't ask her if it was Thursday. In any case later that evening I realized that it was Wednesday and not Thursday. But by that time the physical locations for the banks we're closed as well as the customer service /express line. I am pulling all of my money out of my savings and checking accounts and moving it to another bank. I will never do business with them again.
