I waited almost three hours just to pick up a bank draft check, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of communication and urgency from the staff made the situation even worse. Because of this experience, I would never do business with them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them for auto loans or any other banking needs. Totally unacceptable customer service.
