- DMDavid MeltonAug 12, 20251.0I used to have an account with Bank of Oklahoma. They charged me for an ATM card I didn't have and then said ATM cards are free. I went in trying to get it straightened out and the teller kept saying I could get a free checking account even when I kept telling him I didn't want a free checking account I wanted a savings account without the ATM charge on it. My dad had an account there too and they tried to cheat him out of $100. I'm glad I don't have an account with Bank of Oklahoma anymore.

- RSRebecca StewartAug 28, 20211.0This bank branch is the slowest and most unattentive customer service of any bank I have ever been at we were sat at the drive-thur as the 1st car in line for 31 minutes before somebody came to help us then when we asked for what we needed it took him another 20 minutes meantime I'm sitting here burning gas frying in the heat just do yourself a favor and don't go here Plus they did give me the correct bills I asked for
