Employees not as excited to be there and already seemed defeated despite it being monday. Would recommend some live plants both for their mental health and to counteract the bland aesthetic.

Pretty sure your dog would be able to get a job here, they are rude and will do anything for them to get an extra dollar off of you. Edit: just responding to them telling me to call express bank. I called express bank and they told me not everyone receives adequate training… Thankfully the person i talked to has been there for 10 years and could tell me the ins and outs about how not everyone is trained appropriately so you are just by the grace of God. After speaking with him i will be closing my account and deterring everyone i know from making the same mistake I've made.

We have had far too many problems (that they don't care to correct in any sort of timely manner). They closed our payroll account without telling us due to fraud, they constantly limit how much we can deposit with a certain time frame, access to our "larger" deposits is constantly being held, and it takes them multiple days to correct ATM deposit issues (as if our business doesn't need a constant stream of cash flow). None of the employees that work here care, particularly the managers. Would not recommend for small business needs.
