I waited over 15 minutes on-hold was ask for the 3rd time, "can we place you on a brief hold..to assist the next customer (in building, again).." Didn't matter, if I said yes or no. I would've been on hold another 5 additional minutes had I not eventually hung up the call! Truly, poor service!
