- SISarah Irene5 days ago1.0Refused to cash a BOK even though they were given 3 sets of ID. 2 of which were state issued. Don't waste your time they are untrained and have an unavailable manager.

This is the 9th time I’ve had to return a check to a customer and have them provide different forms of payment. Bok is a terrible bank, with terrible customer service. I had my social security card, birth certificate, 2 debit cards and a credit card along with my DL AND my State id. Still, since I’m not a customer, they refuse to cash checks written to me.
- JJJoshMar 4, 20243.0Not a swipe at the location, they've always been super helpful and nice. 2 Dollars a month for paper statments is robbery espically when you have as many people as you do that don't pay attention to such things, that adds up. Also ATM fees, the dispensaries don't even charge that much.

All the staff and especially the management have went far beyond most banks personal time and eagerness to assist even with problems that most banks wouldn't and or couldn't satisfy the personal help that I have received my entire 8 years of personal banking with BOK of Sand Springs, Oklahoma! I truly appreciate as well as give my thanks to this bank in its entirety of help and eagerness to go way up and beyond all limits to be of great friendly help and service! They have never failed me in any banking need that I have had with Sand Springs Bank of Oklahoma! Professional help banking at its best!
