  So I was a customer of.F&M bank, and was very surprised how little things changed for me! When I had an issue recently, Jarrod Dutra went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! He did things I never would have thought that a bank would do for a customer!! I always tell people to bank with them when I’m asked about who to bank with, but now I’m going to advertise for them! They are THE BEST!! Also, Sam is wonderful as well!

  I’ve been banking with Prosperity for several years now and they’ve always had my back and treated me like family. I trust them more than any bank I’ve ever had in the past. So far, they’ve helped prevent me from being scammed by two separate remote jobs that I applied and was accepted for, but asked me to cash a check in order to purchase work from home materials. Apparently this is a recent scam that’s taken many people by surprise. Thanks to Sam, Jarrod, and many other representatives at Prosperity, we were able to prove that these checks were fraudulent and the job postings were as well. Thank you Prosperity Bank for helping to keep me and my family safe! Y’all are wonderful, especially this location in Owasso, OK! 🥳 🎉

  Been with this bank for 10+ years and they gave me a fraudulent $50 bill. Now they’re refusing to reimburse and are implying that I’m lying. Just filed a complaint with FDIC. Hope the $50 you stole from me was worth it.

  I love Prosperity bank!! The bank manager Jarrod and his entire staff Samantha, Keirsten, and Kara are especially wonderful to me. Every time I come in or drive through, they all treat me like family. They are extremely professional and work so hard at being the very best bank in Oklahoma. Feeling very blessed to have a bank like Prosperity Bank in Owasso!!! ♥️

  I have never been so offended. Do not use this place!!! I have used multiple banks for checking/savings accounts based on my location and was told by Property Bank that I wasn’t good enough for them. It was degrading and embarrassing. I am editing this to explain why I say don’t go there. The lady who was processing my new account said the “manager” would have to approve or override her system because I was denied by her computer. She couldn’t override it and the manager was at lunch. So I left and wrote this first review. I may actually post the report they gave me. I am still considering talking to an attorney about it. This is MY experience. First hand. If they can defame me and my character, I feel like I should be able to do the same to them.
