I fully understand that the policy requires a physical ID but unfortunately, I did not have my physical ID but did have a digital copy and my Social Security card. The banker who assisted me, Carole Phillips, was unkind, dismissive, and made no effort to show understanding or professionalism in a situation that was already stressful. I asked to speak to a manager, hoping for a conversation and perhaps some guidance. The banker returned after checking with the manager, but her demeanor remained unfriendly, and I was essentially shooed away without any courtesy. Customer service is about more than policies—it's about how those policies are communicated, especially in urgent situations. I’ve had far better experiences at other Tulsa branches, where staff are considerate and respectful even when they can’t accommodate a request. Sadly, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location, despite its convenience.
