They're customer service used to be 5 star, but since the change it has definitely gone down. The service reps have an 'I don't care' attitude, which is not cool. I think the folks in Texas who bought the bank might not grasp the Oklahoma Standard, and this theme is showing up in its employees. It's probably time to start looking for a local bank.
