  I have made some very unusual requests repeatedly here and was always accommodated. They have heard my ideas an climbed on board for my financial success every time. There are rules, but within these rules Prosperity Bank has always shared my creativity and vigor for the benefits of sound banking and calculated risk mitigation. They know how to do what I need to get financially done and look for ways to make my financial dreams a reality. I am a huge fan of this bank and its wonderful staff - top to bottom. Thank you for your consistent performance, Prosperity.

  These people are driven by greed, well ok, in all fairness, they are a bank. I presented a check on one of their customers on three occasions. It would not clear. When it finally cleared they changed me 1.5% to cash it. I was afraid to take it to my bank and deposit it and have it not clear by the time it navigated the system. I was stuck and they knew it. Do not do business with these people.

  Pretty rude tellers. Definitely not the branch you want to go too. Also was licking her fingers while counting money… very disgusting.

  Won't let me access online. Called about balance. Told me one thing. Take three hours out of my day extremely disabled excruciating pain to grocery shop. Declined. Called bank,. Funds aren't there. As they said. They were. Returned groceries couldnt get funds out back on card for a few days. Had to starve in meantime. Refused to stop fraudulent charges on acct. Had to cancel card, 7-10 business days waiting for new one turned into a month and a half of Hell for them to mail card wrong place.. Now. Still can't access online despite having reset password dozen dozen times. Worst banking experience ever.
