Last week I was told they were closed through the drive thru, at 5:01pm, before I could even put my car in park. The Teller was also already helping someone and all lanes were green, and the website says 8pm. She said "It's the day before a holiday, so we closed at 5. It turned 5:02pm at that point. I decided to try again today. I send my $65 check in with my ID. She asks what I'd like to do with it. I say "Cash, please, and can I get that in fives?" She says yes, then asks if I have an account there(I don't, but the check is drawn from them, by my boss). She then sends my check back and tells me I have to go into the lobby to Cash it. I'm baffled at this point. No explanation, nothing. I'd rather drive the 20 mins in traffic, to my bank to deposit it, than deal with the unprofessionalism from them ever again. What a waste of time...twice.
